Absolutely brilliant from start to finish! Such a lovely service, really lovely and clean castle. Safety mats were cleaned before children were allowed on which I thought was brilliant. Reliable and prompt! They even threw in some Didi cars for free! And a lovely polite gentleman who set up the castle. Would highly recommend and will be using again! We recently used Bounce n Boogie for our daughters birthday party - we hired the princess castle and toddler castle with soft play. Nadine and her husband were brilliant from the minute we contacted to hire. The castles were perfect, in great condition and so clean. The set up was fabulous, they even threw in some extra items for the soft play as they hadn't been hired elsewhere. The castles were just right for what we needed, everyone at the party was catered for from the littlest babies (less than 1 year old) up to the eldest (us adults and the elder children). Clear up was great, Nadine and her husband were so kind and understanding when my children wanted to keep playing with the soft play. They allowed them to continue playing until the last minute whilst they packed the other stuff away. Honestly just such a lovely, stress free service and i couldn't recommend them highly enough!

Nadine and her husband were so lovely to myself and my daughter. Communications throughout was fantastic. Extremely friendly and professional when delivering, setting up and collecting. The bouncy castle we had, had a disco and lights built in, the kids loved it! we also had diddy cars and some soft play. They didn't have exactly what we originally booked but they went above and beyond to supply us with similar equipment, it was fantastic. 1st class service - would highly recommend.

Highly recommend bounce n boogie we had a disco dome castle yesterday and the kids thoroughly enjoyed it very pleasant service even arrived early. Will definitely be ordering our castles from here again thank you bounce n boogie.

Nade and Dan are so lovely - great communications throughout, friendly and professional when delivering, setting up and collecting and they provided us with an absolutely amazing bouncy castle (we had the disco one with lights and music) that the kids were on for the whole of the party! Fantastic service - would highly recommend.

Nadine was so lovely from point of booking until even after the bouncy castle was collected! Very easy transaction, exactly as described and the castle was completely safe. Will definitely use again for future events and highly recommend!

I cannot recommend Bounce n Boogie enough!! If you're looking for bouncy castle hire in St Neots or surrounding areas then look no further! Nadine went above and beyond to make sure that our daughters party was amazing. We hired the black disco bouncy castle and it did not disappoint! It was huge and comfortably entertained a hall full of 4/5 year olds for 2 hours! They arrived in plenty of time to set up and pack away at the end. These guys are AMAZING! Thank you again so much :)

Very happy with the friendly, reliable service from Bounce n Boogie and the Shimmer and Shine bouncy castle that we hired for my daughters bday party. The kids loved the slide, kept them busy for ages. Lovely clean castle and fairly priced.

We used bounce n boogie after our original person let me down, it was all so last minute and they was fantastic at supplying just what I needed, communication was amazing and so quick. They arrive before I did and was setting up which I must say was a big relief, my little girl had amazing birthday and had bounced herself right out :) pick up and drop of was amazing, we defo recommend and we will defo be using again, Thank you so much x

We contacted Bounce n Boogie for a bouncy castle for our gender reveal. They were so friendly and very very helpful throughout the whole process from booking it to putting it up and collecting it. Cannot fault the guys at Bounce n boogie! Brilliant customer service from the start of booking all the way through to cleaning up. Even faced with a few issues on our side with the hall they sorted everything found better ways to help and never once complained. The bouncy castle was clean when it arrived and was put exactly where we wanted it, it was also cleaned before they left ready for the next customer.

They were both lovely people to chat to and would do anything and everything to make sure it's what you wanted, I highly recommend them to anyone.

we contacted Bounce n Boggie as we were let down by another company, they were so lovely and came to the rescue, saving my little boys birthday party with only a few days notice. The disco castle was amazing and we received compliments about it throughout the whole party!

These guys are highly recommended! My husband and I can't thank them enough. They are not only fast at responding, fantastic at communicating timings etc. They also were so helpful and so genuinely kind and friendly. They went out their way to get different covers for the bouncy castle for us. They even delivered and set the castle up for us even though we aren't particularly close to where they are. They checked we were happy with the positioning of the castle and adjusted accordingly. Overall, we've had the best experience with these guys, can't fault them and will be definitely using them again in the future.
